Defero, a fast-growing Digital Agency is looking for progressive, forward-thinking New Media Developers to help with high-end FLASH/PHP development, general Web development (CSS, HTML) and customer-database experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Fantastic programmers we love, but we also really want our candidate to:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years experience
• Be engaging and have a variety of skills, from Web development to database administration
• Be a collaborative thinker, who works well in a team environment but who may also be able to present alone
• Be able to motivate and inspire others through creativity, and have the ability to influence marketing campaigns
• See the big picture and develop new creative opportunities within an account
• Have a portfolio worth showing and be able to walk the talk
