Position: Account Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Status: Exempt
Compensation: Competitive salary DOE, Health, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks PTO, generous paid holiday schedule, mobile phone allowance, automobile allowance, full time in-office position with weekly work-from-home Fridays.
Education: BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field, 3+ years’ experience in client facing role in agency or client environment, with digital/interactive/integrated marketing experience preferred

PRIMARY ROLE:

You will act as the primary client contact within the agency. Under the direction of your Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, as well as understanding complex integrated digital marketing strategies. Above all else, this position requires impeccable communication, a strategic vision, and ability to lead others. You are the liaison between the client and the internal teams of digital strategists, designers, and developers, so your timeliness, responsiveness, flexibility, and accountability make you an account management rock star. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a strong client relationship and manage all aspects of their multifaceted, integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Balance multiple clients at any given time
  • Identify clear digital marketing KPIs and work with internal teams to develop the best product mix/strategic approach to leverage in meeting/exceeding client expectations
  • Broad knowledge of all aspects of brand and creative development, as well as digital marketing including SEO, PPC, website development, email & social media
  • Instrumental in shaping strategy, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue and drive new business growth
  • Attend client meetings & calls as leading member of the account team
  • Drive the creation of internal & external documentation (Instructional documents, proposals, SOWs, alignment docs, forecast reports, etc.)
  • Work with clients, Ecosystem partners and internal teams in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to multitask to manage multiple clients and multiple projects within approved schedules
  • Continuous knowledge improvement of the digital landscape through self-education, research and development
  • Accountability; desire to take responsibility for yourself, your team, and the company
